Get Approved to Train New Curriculum

A Training-of-Trainer (TOT) is an opportunity to learn about a curriculum and how to offer it as a trainer. Taking a TOT allows you to build your expertise in specific content areas so you can share your knowledge with early childhood educators throughout the state. You must complete a TOT to become an authorized trainer in Develop for the corresponding course(s).

Child Care Aware of Minnesota only offers TOTs for curriculum developed by early childhood organizations. We do not offer TOTs for state-owned curriculum. All TOTs are offered online through our Eager-to-Learn online learning program.

If you are interested in taking an upcoming TOT, complete the application below. Applications are scored using a rubric, without identifying information.
