Mentors and apprentices will spend approximately 30 minutes per week communicating via phone, email, or in-person, in addition to a virtual or in-person 60-90 minute meeting each month. It is very important to schedule your check-ins in advance and try your best to stick to the schedule.

Please complete this log completely and submit a log each month for the previous month. Example: submit July mentor activities in early August. 

This information will help you track meeting content and progress. Child Care Aware of Minnesota will use the information for tracking Department of Labor apprenticeship requirements and to report required aggregated data.
