Professional Mentoring and Observations for Trainers
Our professional development system depends on the knowledge and skills you share with providers. As a trainer, you help to improve the quality of care and education thousands of young children receive every day.
Trainer and RBPD Support Services (TARSS) has a mentoring and observation program designed specially to support you. As a participant in this program, you will have the opportunity to be observed and mentored by an expert trainer. Like in any profession, having a mentor is an opportunity to continue honing your skills. You may choose to be observed, mentored, or receive a combination of both.
Observations are performed by a trained observer who will assess your training skills and provide you with high-quality feedback. Interested in being observed? Complete our Observation Participation Form.
Mentoring is provided by trained mentors with expertise in adult education and training experiences. Mentoring can be done in-person, via video, or over the phone. Want to be paired with a mentor? Complete our Mentor Participation Form.
