To register with your local Child Care Aware agency or correct an existing registration, please use the forms below.
Vacancy update form
Use this vacancy update form to report vacancies. For other updates, please contact your local Child Care Aware agency. The information you enter into the form will be e-mailed to your local Child Care Aware office. Someone there will update the NACCRRA database. That database is the source of our online child care search function.

Family child care provider Business Information Form (for newly licensed programs)
